There were 19 teams entered in this tournament and placed into six pools as follows: Pool A: Northern Pulaski, Montgomery County, and Bardstown, Pool B: St. Joseph, North Laurel, and Elkhorn, Pool C: Southern Pulaski, Owsley County, and Beaumont, Pool D: Whitley County, Bourbon County, and Meece, Pool E: Valley, Casey County, and West Jessamine, and Pool F: Lincoln County, Anderson County, Pine Knot, and Old Kentucky Home.

All Tournament Team 2nd Team – Kaidence Collett (North Laurel), Addison Terry (Owsley County), Carlie Thurmond (St. Joseph), Nakayla Greer (Lincoln County), Hayden Ballier, Nariyah Crowe (Bardstown), Laiken Hardin (Bourbon County), Jaelyn Black (North Laurel), Maleiyah Moore (Meece), and Emily Williams.
Whitley County captured the championship wit a 6-0 record with an average victory margin of 23.3 ppg. They defeated Bourbon County 49-23 and Meece 36-17 in pool game play. Whitley County opened tournament play with a 29-12 victory over Anderson County. They defeated Northern Pulaski 36-9 in a quarterfinal game, earned a 40-17 victory over Montgomery County in the semifinals, and captured the tournament title with a 36-20 victory over Lincoln County. Bardstown defeated North Laurel 25-22 in the Gold Bracket Championship game.
