Lafayette coach Allison Denton countered with 5-9 So. Lindi DeBilzan, 5-8 Jr. Tekiya Garr-Carter, 5-11 Sr. Kiara Pankins, 5-6 Jr. Terri Abram, and 5-9 Jr. Caroline Bennett.
Lafayette raced out to a 22-7 first quarter lead but Woodford County battled back to make a game of it but Lafayette won by a score of 61-54. Lafayette shot 35.7% from the field including five of eight from the three point line. The Lady Generals connected on 16 of 26 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 21 Woodford County turnovers. Woodford County shot 30.8% from the field including seven of 19 from beyond the arc. The Lady Yellow Jackets connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored three points off seven Lafayette turnovers.
Lindi DeBilzan led Lafayette with 14 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and three steals. Caroline Bennett added 13 points including three three point baskets, seven rebounds, and four assists. Tekiya Garr-Carter recorded 11 points and seven steals. 5-11 So. Macey Goff chipped in with 10 points including eight of 12 free throws and seven rebounds. Kiara Pankins added nine points, six rebounds, two blocked shots, and two steals.
Abby Moffett led Woodford County with 14 points including four three point baskets. Delaney Enlow added 13 points, 17 rebounds, and eight blocked shots. Franklin County led Henry Clay 28-25 at halftime and pulled away in the second half to earn a 57-34 victory. Franklin County shot 52.8% from the field including three of five from the three point line. The Lady Flyers connected on 16 of 26 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 13 Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 27.1% from the floor including three of 15 from beyond the arc. The Lady Blue Devils connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored nine points off 16 Franklin County turnovers.
Rebecca Cook led Franklin County with 17 points, eight rebounds, four blocked shots, and three steals. Princess Stewart added 15 points and 10 rebounds. Brooklynn Miles chipped in with nine points. Savannah Courtney chipped in with seven points.
Alexis Lutz led Henry Clay with 15 points and three steals. Braxton Price added seven points and Destyne Jackson chipped in with six points. Cheyenne Jones recorded four points, 11 rebounds, and three assists.

Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Nick Runyon started the following lineup: 5-11 Sr. Autumn Herriford, 5-8 So. Madison Central trailed 45-41 with a little over three minutes left in the game but finished the game on an 11-4 run to defeat Dunbar by a score of 52-49. Kasi Schneid was 0-8 from the field until the final minutes but hit two big field goals and Lindsey Johns connected on two free throws with 21 seconds to give the Lady Indians a 52-49 lead. Bailee Vanover applied tenacious on ball defense to deny Dunbar a good look at the basket in the closing seconds.
Madison Central shot 39.5% from the field including two of 11 from the three point line. The Lady Indians connected on a superb 16 of 19 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored six points off four Dunbar turnovers. Dunbar shot 37.5% from the field including seven of 20 from beyond the arc. The Lady Bulldogs connected on six of seven free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored 15 points off nine Madison Central turnovers.
Lindsey Johns led Madison Central with 22 points including eight of nine free throws and five rebounds. Bailee Vanover added 11 points and five rebounds. Mallie Cornett recorded eight points, 11 rebounds, three assists, and three blocked shots despite being saddled with four personal fouls. Charity Mack chipped in with six points, five rebounds, and three assists. Kasi Schneid added five points, seven rebounds, and two assists.
Autumn Herriford led Dunbar with 16 points including four three point baskets, three rebounds, and six assists. Anaiyah Cotton added 14 points, seven rebounds, and three assists. Mashayla Cecil recorded 11 points including three three point baskets. Peyton Humphreys chipped in with six points.

Franklin County shot 42.1% from the field including four of 11 from beyond the arc. The Flyers connected on 16 of 20 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored five points off seven Lexington Catholic turnovers.
Zan Payne led six Lexington Catholic players in double figures with 13 points including three three point baskets and six rebounds. Peter Whitman added 11 points, eight rebounds, and two blocked shots. Luke Johnson recorded 11 points, four rebounds, four assists, and seven steals. 5-11 Jr. Keegan Bailey also scored 11 points including three three point baskets. 5-9 So. Robbie Goodman nailed a key three point basket with less than two minutes left to give Sayre a little breathing room. The score was tied eight times and there were eight lead changes in the game. Sayre shot 43.6% from the field including three of 12 from the three point line. Sayre attempted 15 less shots (54-39) from the field than Madison Southern. The Spartans connected on 19 of 22 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 14 Madison Southern turnovers. Madison Southern shot 37% from the field including six of 29 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on two of six free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored eight points off 12 Sayre turnovers.
RJ Smith led Sayre with 16 points and four rebounds. Jake Duby added 15 points, seven rebounds, and three steals. Robbie Goodman recorded eight points and Kaden Silverburg chipped in with seven points, six rebounds, and three assists. Will Newton added six points on six of six from the free throw line.

Michael Roberts stole the ball near mid court, drew a foul, and hit one of two free throws (the last one) with nine seconds remaining on the clock to give Madison Central a 45-44 upset victory over Lexington Christian Academy. LCA had a last chance but Kyle Rode missed a jump shot for the win. LCA led 41-32 early in the final quarter but Madison Central went to a pressing defense which turned the tide in their favor. The score was tied four times and there were eight lead changes in the game.
Madison Central shot 37% from the field including five of 14 from the three point line. The Indians connected on six of eight free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored nine points off six LCA turnovers. LCA shot 31.4% from the field including 10 of 29 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on two of four free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored three points off five Madison Central turnovers.

Sayre star Jake Duby was hampered by foul woes today and eventually fouled out and was limited to four points as Lexington Catholic defeated Sayre by a score of 68-47. Lexington Catholics defense turned Sayre over 15 times and converted the miscues into 23 points. The Knights also dominated in the paint by a 48-16 margin. The score was tied twice and there were eight lead changes in the game.

Scott County led Madison Central 18-15 in the second quarter then went on a 20-0 run to establish control on their way to a 67-39 victory. Scott County shot 52.1% from the field including eight of 20 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on nine of 12 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 13 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 31.8% from the field including one of 13 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 10 of 12 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 11 Scott County turnovers.

Franklin County took control in the second quarter and held a 29-17 lead at halftime on their way to a 54-37 victory over Lafayette and earn their third consecutive region championship. The score was tied three times and there were six lead changes in the game. Franklin County shot 40% from the field including four of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Flyers connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 16 Lafayette turnovers. Lafayette shot 29.3% from the field including one of 10 from beyond the arc. The Lady Generals connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored six points off 11 Franklin County turnovers.
Brooklynn Miles led Franklin County with 15 points and six rebounds. Rebecca Cook dominated tonight with 13 points, 10 rebounds, seven blocked shots and three steals. Princess Stewart recorded 11 points, four rebounds, and three steals. Savannah Courtney chipped in with five points, seven rebounds, and three assists.
Tekiya Garr-Carter led Lafayette with 13 points including seven of 10 free throws and five rebounds. Kiara Pankins added 10 points and 10 rebounds. Lindi DeBilzan recorded six points, seven rebounds, and three assists.

Scott County coach Billy Hicks started the following lineup: 6-6 So. Michael Moreno, 6-2 Jr. Cooper Robb, 6-4 Sr. Cooper Watts, 6-0 So. Lorenzo Williams, and 6-1 So. Bryce Long. Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-5 Jr. Zan Payne, 6-3 Jr. TC Price, 6-7 Sr. Peter Whitman, 6-2 Sr. Blake Scott, and 6-3 Sr. Luke Johnson.
Scott County utilized a stifling defense to defeat Lexington Catholic 56-44 in a very physical game that featured trainers trying to patch up Lexington Catholics Peter Whitman and Luke Johnson and attempting to clean the blood off the floor. Whitman left first with a cut above the eye and minutes later Johnson left with a busted lip. Both were able to return to the game. Scott County led 39-21 late in the third quarter but Lexington Catholic fought back and cut the lead to eight points in the final quarter.
Scott County shot 36.2% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on 20 of 36 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 20 Lexington Catholic turnovers. Lexington Catholic shot 26.8% from the field including three of eight from beyond the arc. The Knights connected on 19 of 23 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 14 Scott County turnovers.
Michael Moreno led Scott County with 20 points including nine of 11 free throws, six rebounds, two assists, three blocked shots, and two steals. Cooper Robb added 17 points, three rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and eight steals. Lorenzo Williams recorded eight points, seven rebounds, and four assists. Cooper Watts pulled down eight rebounds.
Luke Johnson led Lexington Catholic with 18 points including eight of nine free throws, all in the second half and two blocked shots. TC Price added nine points and four rebounds. Zan Payne pulled down 10 rebounds and Peter Whitman pulled down seven rebounds and blocked two shots.
