Madison Central vs. Lexington Christian Academy

 

Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. started the following lineup: 6-6 So. Blake Muntz, 6-2 Jr. Dustin Geralds, 6-7 So. Isaiah Cozart, 5-10 Jr. Isaiah Minter, and 6-1 Sr. Michael Roberts.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Nate Valentine countered with 6-6 Jr. Carter Hendricksen, 6-6 So. Kyle Rode, 6-6 Jr. Austin Hall, 6-0 Jr. Chandler Stewart, and 6-2 Sr. Nathan Harper.

 

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Madison Central by a score of 66-54.  LCA shot 46.3% from the field including six of 15 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 10 of 14 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 15 Madison Central turnovers.  Madison Central shot 42% from the field including 11 of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Indians connected on one of five free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 11 points off nine LCA turnovers.

 

Carter Hendricksen led LCA with 26 points including three three point baskets and nine rebounds.  Austin Hall added 17 points, 10 rebounds, and five blocked shots.  Kyle Rode recorded 10 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists.  Chandler Stewart added 10 points including two three point baskets.

 

Dustin Geralds led Madison Central with 11 points.  5-10 Jr. Jacori Miller added nine points on three three point baskets.  Michael Roberts also scored nine points including two three point baskets.  Alex Mayes chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets.  Isaiah Cozart recorded eight points, eight rebounds, and five blocked shots.

Noah Young led Lincoln County with 21 points and four assists.  Chase Phillips added 19 points and eight rebounds.  Tanner McAninch recorded nine points and nine rebounds.

Montgomery County trailed 49-46 after three quarters but rallied to defeat Lewis County by a score of 68-63.  The score was tied nine times and there were 10 lead changes in the game.  Montgomery County shot 51.1% from the field including four of 10 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 18 of 28 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 Lewis County turnovers.  Lewis County shot 43.9% from the field including five of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Lions connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 16 point off 16 Montgomery County turnovers.

 

Hayden Chism led Montgomery County with 16 points and seven rebounds.  Myron Ralls also scored 16 points.  6-1 Sr. Landen Barber chipped in with 11 points including two three point baskets.  Tucker Norris also reached double figures with 10 points.  Pharoah Davis added six points and eight rebounds and Evan King added five points and eight rebounds.

Mason County defeated Boyle County by a score of 69-58.  Boyle County led 25-22 at halftime but Mason County outscored Boyle County 22-13 in the third quarter to gain control of the game.  Mason County shot 43.8% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line.  The Royals connected on 24 of 38 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 24 Boyle County turnovers.  Boyle County shot 34.5% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Rebels connected on 12 of 18 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored eight points off 15 Mason County turnovers.

 

Levi Dunaway led Mason County with 27 points including 11 of 18 free throws, five rebounds, five assists, and seven steals.  Jaylen Lofton added 21 points, eight rebounds, and three steals.  Caleb Boyd chipped in with eight points and five steals.  Dalton Perkins pulled down 10 rebounds and blocked seven shots.

Austin Hall led LCA with 22 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and two blocked shots.  Chandler Stewart added 15 points including two three point baskets and six assists.  Carter Hendricksen recorded 13 points and 13 rebounds.  Kyle Rode chipped in with 12 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, and three steals. 

 

Sam Kumler led Mason County with 12 points.  Isaiah Garrison added 11 points and seven rebounds.  Levi Dunaway also scored 11 points and three assists.
