There were twenty four teams entered in the 9th Grade Division. They were placed into eight pools as follows: Pool A: Team Manimal, Team Elite, and Louisville Magic. Pool B: NKY Bulldogs, KY Select-Hawkins, and KY Elite 2016. Pool C: KY Heat, Wolverines, and K-Y Players. Pool D: KY Timberwolves, WKY Sonics, and HLB. Pool E: Lex. Celtics, Derby City Elite, and NKY Legends. Pool F: KY Select-Pouncy, BG Sonics, and Next Level Retros. Pool G: Hoop Dreams, Lou. Spartans, and 606 Tropics. Pool H: 859 Nuggets, Spiece KY Gators, and Cinci Hurricanes.
There were eighteen teams entered in the 10th Grade Division. They were placed into five divisions as follows: Pool A: Charlotte Court, Legacy, Hoop Dreams, and HLB. Pool B: Louisville Magic, WKY Elite, East KY Bullets, and Next Level Retros. Pool C: CKY Storm, The Ville, Young Life, and Hardin Elite. Pool D: NKY Bulldogs, Derby City Elite, KY Gym Rats, and Cam Hoskins All-Stars.
There were twenty teams entered in the 11th Grade Division. They were placed into six pools as follows: Pool A: Spiece KY Gators, CKY Smoke, Hoop Dreams, and KY Heat. Pool B: Lex. Celtics, HLB, Charlotte Court, and Bluegrass Hoops. Pool C: Louisville Magic, NKY Jazz, and Attucks Wolfpack. Pool D: Louisville Prospects Blue, BG Sonics, and WKY Elite. Pool E: KY Travelers 10th , Louisville Prospects Silver, and SOKY Hurricanes. Pool F: Shining Stars, Lex. Lions, and Ville Illness.

9th Grade Division
KY Heat finished 6-0 for the tournament and William Olsen (St. Xavier) scored 25 points in the championship 74-61 victory over Team Manimal. Jon Henry (North Oldham), Kevin Kirby (Waggener), and Marquis McClendon (Manual) also played will for the champions. The coaching staff did an excellent job this weekend with key performers missing this tournament.
10th Grade Division
The Next Level Retros finished 6-0 for the tournament and defeated The Ville 62-52 for the championship. This team was made up of Louisville area players and included Corey Douglas (Ballard), Dajaunta Weaver (Doss), Malyiek McCray (Ballard), Trey Moses (Eastern), and Ashanti Burgess (St. Xavier). Jeremiah Tisdale had an excellent tournament for Hoop Dreams.
11th Grade Division
Louisville Magic dominated a strong division despite the absence of injured stars Brandon Hatton (Dixie Heights), Jordan Green (Henry Clay), and for the championship game D’Angelo Hunter (PRP). Quentin Snider (Ballard), Kelan Martin (Ballard) Christen Cunningham (Henry Clay), Trey Grundy (Henry Clay), D’Angelo Hunter (PRP), Lamontray Harris (PRP), Austin Rentfrow (Marshall County), and Craig Owens (Trinity) all played well this weekend. Brent Bach (Augusta) and Chris Hudson (Hazard) played well for Hoop Dreams and Jalen Perry (Ballard) was very impressive for KY Travelers 10th team that played in the 11th Grade Division. Devon Johnson (Iroquois) played well for Louisville Prospects Silver. Jordan Henry (Bryan Station) was impressive for Shining Stars. Spiece KY Gators got excellent performances from Caleb Longacre (Fairdale) and Montrell Little (Doss).
The KBA staff did an excellent job of providing tournament scores and updates and Steve Jones of the Courier Journal and Donald Yaste KentuckyPreps.com Basketball Analyst did a great job of covering the event and providing spot-on info and observations, and as always a special thanks to Tom Bower of the KBA.
