Madison Central outscored Worthington Kilbourne 30-10 in the second quarter on their way to an 86-64 victory.  There were nine lead changes and five ties in this game.  Madison Central shot 49.3% from the field including four of nine from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 16 of 24 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 20 Worthington Kilbourne turnovers.  Worthington Kilbourne shot 48.1% from the field including two of eight from beyond the arc.  The Wolves connected on 12 of 20 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 10 Madison Central turnovers.

 

Sam Jones led Madison Central with 21 points and eight rebounds.  Cameron Thomas added 16 points, eight assists, and three steals.  DeMarcus George chipped in with 15 points and eight rebounds.  5-9 Sr. Coty Alexander recorded 13 points including three three point baskets.  Isaiah Johnson added 12 points, five assists, and five steals.

Robert Dalton led Lawrence County with 23 points, six rebounds, three assists, and three steals.  Timmy Dalton added 16 points, five rebounds, and four steals.  Brandon Richardson recorded 16 points and five rebounds.

Bell County led 28-21 at halftime  but Montgomery County rallied in the second half to earn a 66-48 victory.  Montgomery County shot 51% from the field (61.3% in the second half) including two of 10 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on 12 of 19 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 22 Bell County turnovers.  Bell County shot 51.5% from the field (68.8% in the first half) including four of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Bobcats only attempted 33 shots from the field compared to 51 for Montgomery County.  Bell County connected on 10 of 14 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 10 Montgomery County turnovers.

 

Darius Jones led Montgomery County with 19 points.  Bryan Wallace added 16 points, four rebounds, three assists, and seven steals.  Deante Cisero recorded eight points and eight rebounds.  Chase Hall chipped in with nine points and four rebounds.
