The summer started with 40 forty of the top 17U teams playing a twenty game schedule at four locations (Minnesota, Hampton, Dallas, and Oakland. The top twenty four teams advance to championship pool play at the Nike Peach Jam. The twenty four teams will play a five game pool schedule with the top eight teams advancing to a single elimination tournament.

Mokan Elite 81 The Family 79 (Quarterfinal) Semilore Ojeleye led the victors with 33 points including four three point baskets and pulled down eight rebounds. Austin Ruder added 19 points. Elbert Matthews led The Family with 22 points. James Young, Clark Wesley, and Austin Price added 17, 16, and 15 points respectively.
Oakland Soldiers 68 Howard Pulley 66 (Quarterfinal) Jabari Bird and Tyrell Robinson led Oakland Soldiers with 19 and 17 points respectively. Tyus Jones led Howard Pulley with 28 points.
CIA Bounce 71 Team United 48 (Quarterfinal) Tyler Ennis led CIA bounce with 20 points. Xavier Rathan-Mayes added 17 points including four three point baskets. Andrew Wiggins also scored 17 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Kennedy Meeks and Matthew Howard led Team United with 15 and 11 points respectively.
CP3 All-Stars 86 E1T1 Elite 80 OT (Quarterfinal) Theo Pinson led the victors with 19 points and seven rebounds. JaQuel Richmond and Sam Hunt added 17 and 14 points respectively. Joel Berry and Douglas Brooks led E1T1 Elite with 22 and 18 points respectively.

Boys 17U Tournament
CIA Bounce 81 Mokan Elite 67 (Semifinal) Andrew Wiggins, Tyler Ennis, and Xavier Rathan-Mayes led CIA Bounce with 23, 22, and 14 points respectively. Austin Ruder, Lou Rawls Nairn Jr., and Clayton Custer led Mokan Elite with 18, 14, and 12 points respectively.
Oakland Soldiers 55 CP3 All-Stars 53 (Semifinal) Stanley Johnson led the victors with 17 points and eight rebounds. Jabari Bird also scored 17 points. Aaron Gordon chipped in with 12 points and nine rebounds. Greg McClinton led CP3 All-Stars with 16 points and eight rebounds. Theo Pinson added nine points.
Oakland Soldiers 51 CIA Bounce 50 (Championship) Jabari Bird hit two free throws with less than two seconds remaining on the clock to give the Oakland Soldiers the victory. Aaron Gordon led the victors with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Stanley Johnson added 15 points and nine rebounds and Jabari Bird chipped in with nine points. Andrew Wiggins led CIA Bounce with 23 points.
6-1 Jr. Tyus Jones (Howard Pulley) averaged 25.8 ppg for this week’s event. Other top scorers included 6-9 Sr. Julius Randle (Team Texas Titans) 22.2 ppg, 6-7 Jr. Andrew Wiggins (CIA Bounce) 21.9 ppg, 6-6 Sr. James Young (The Family) 21.5 ppg, and 6-2 Sr. Kameron Williams (Baltimore Elite) 21 ppg. The top rebounders were Julius Randle 13 rpg, 6-7 Sr. Aaron Gordon (Oakland Soldiers) 9.4 rpg, 6-8 Sr. Chris Perry (E1T1 Elite) 9.3 rpg, and Andrew Wiggins 8.9 rpg.

Congratulations to the Oakland Soldiers for capturing this star-studded event. The talent was outstanding with many, many college coaches observing the action.
