Conclusion
Congratulations to Bryan Station and South Laurel for capturing their respective division championships. South Laurel served notice that they will be hard to dethrone as the defending Kentucky high school champion. Several teams were missing players for games or the entire tournament for various reasons. Several players had excellent tourneys and should compete for state basketball honors this season.
I have attempted to give a brief recap of each game played in this tournament. I apologize in advance for any misspelled names or errors in stats as I hurriedly transcribed the statistics from the scoresheets. This report is meant to be an overview of the tournament and not an instrument for ascertaining precise individual records.
