Conclusion
This report is for entertainment purposes only and statistics used here should not be considered official. I hurriedly gathered the statistics from the scoresheets after each game and apologize for any errors or misspellings of names.
Congratulations to the Central Kentucky Angels 14 and Under, Central Kentucky Angels 15 and Under, and the Southern Kentucky Sharpshooters for capturing championships this weekend. The Central Kentucky Angels 14 and Under team defeated a good Louisville Sting in the semifinal and the Paris Stars in the championship game. Several players put up impressive numbers during this event.
The Central Kentucky Angels 15 and Under team featured a star-studded lineup but the Manchester Magic took them to the wire before dropping a 55-51 decision. The 17 and Under division was very competitive and the Sharpshooters’ Madison Flowers shot the ball extremely well this weekend, including an early tourney round game in which she nailed seven three point baskets.
