West Jessamine (4-5) at Lexington Catholic (10-3)
West Jessamine coach Matthew Yates started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Scott Tarvin, 6-2 Sr. Cameron Jackson, 6-6 Sr. Brett Johnson, 5-11 Sr. Andy Placido, and 5-11 Sr. Daniel Thompson. Lexington Catholic coach Bart Flener countered with 6-2 Sr. Chase Hillenmeyer, 6-3 Jr. Harrison Morton, 6-4 Jr. Mark Balthrop, 5-11 Sr. Brian Smith, and 6-3 Jr. William Graham.
Lexington Catholic led 51-50 in the final period before West Jessamine finished the game with a 17-7 run to earn a 67-58 victory. West Jessamine shot 49% from the field while Lexington Catholic could only manage 31%. West Jessamine was led by 6-4 Sr. Nate Johnson, who came off the bench to tally 19 points. Brett Johnson added 13 points and 6-5 Sr. Joey Searle came off the bench to score 11 points, nine of them in the decisive final period. Lexington Catholic was led by Harrison Morton with 26 points and 14 rebounds. 6-3 Jr. Demetrius Green, who has been battling an injury, came off the bench to add 10 points.
